Atif Bostic, a Philadelphia Native, is an established leader in business strategy, business operations, community and economic development, workforce development, and business development. Atif has worked with and for public and private institutions, nationally; developing comprehensive solutions, to solve complex problems, that drive measurable results.
Atif leverages his experience in finance, banking, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and organizational development to develop transformative solutions for mid-sized to multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Over his 20-year career, Atif has held senior leader positions within for-profit and non-profit organizations to include Citizens Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Signature Financial and Uplift Solutions. His work includes the development of a 12-state, $100 million retail business development program, the development of a one-of-a-kind workforce development program for formerly incarcerated individuals, strategic leadership of several multi-million-dollar economic and community development projects nationally, and financial turnarounds for several multi-million-dollar organizations.
Atif is very active in the community, serving in volunteer leadership roles for notable nonprofit organizations that include The Urban League of Philadelphia, The American Heart Association, The Philadelphia OIC, and PathWays PA.
