Our team has led, managed, and consulted on projects that range from $5 - $35 million for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Our Process
Our process starts by gaining a deep understanding of the intended project to include its underlying goals. We then work with the project sponsors to develop a requirements document that details the required activities to determine the feasibility of the project. Once we have determined the feasibility of the project, we will work with the project sponsor(s) to develop a go-to-market strategy and operational plan that aims to accomplish the projects goals.

Our team has worked in multiple states to include Pennsylvania, Iowa, and New Jersey to provide the following services in conjunction with new supermarket developments: feasibility studies, financial modeling, operational strategy development, construction management, union contract management, sustainability planning and implementation, community engagement, and subsidy sourcing.
Supermarket Turnarounds
In Pennsylvania and Louisiana our team worked on multiple supermarket turnaround projects where our clients stores faced closure. The services we provided included: financial and operational analysis, turnaround consulting, feasibility studies, vendor management and negotiation, procurement strategies, remerchandising, and human resources consulting.
Supermarket Exploration
Our team has tremendous experience evaluating the feasibility and viability of new supermarket projects. We have worked in multiple states to include Maryland, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California providing strategic consulting. The services we offered included: feasibility studies, market analysis, community engagement, stakeholder engagement, financial modeling, and subsidy exploration.
